My name is Loretta Lucas. I am a mother, entrepreneur, and real estate broker with Allure Realty in Charlotte, NC! I have over nine years of experience working in various segments of the real estate industry. I started my journey to becoming a real estate broker in 2020. Since then I have met my requirements and can officially call myself a North Carolina real estate broker. That journey is still continuing but in a much more exciting way.

I am now under an amazing real estate team where I am learning and flourishing all in one. I have been working with buyers and sellers in Charlotte and the supporting areas for some months now. I have closed on multiple properties and made many families’ dreams come true. Since becoming a real estate broker, I have had so much fulfillment and purpose.

My background
I was born and raised in Queens, New York, but I have called Charlotte home for over 14 years. I am a single mother of three beautiful girls,  and I work hard on being a good role model for them.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughters and my grandson as well as my family is extremely important to me.

I also enjoy working out, staying fit, and being healthy mentally and physically. Connecting with good friends over tasty food is my favorite way to socialize.

Education and Experience
I went to The University of Phoenix, where I received my Bachelor’s in Healthcare. While attending The University of Phoenix, I worked at the Beaufort County Assessor’s Office as a Real Estate Appraiser Technician. From here I found a passion for entrepreneurship and went further in my graduate studies in which I received a Master’s in Business from The University of Phoenix. In addition, I am proficient in Spanish.

When I relocated to Charlotte, NC, I worked for three years at the Mecklenburg County Assessor’s Office as a Real Estate Assessment Analyst.

In October of 2017, I became an Assistant Property Manager with a small real estate firm. I was a key player in growing a small portfolio for investors to over 100+ properties in only three years. This experience has helped me rediscover my love of real estate.
